When I tell you she by far exceeded our expectations regarding being our realtor and we like to consider her our first friend in the area! We first met looking at a farm in Powhatan. Katelynn Harrison was amazing. She did an awesome job with our home search. We worked with Katelynn for several months and toured quite a few houses before finding our forever home. Every time we had a question or an issue she resolved it very quickly. Katelynn was extremely accommodating to us for scheduling tours to work around our schedules. She worked diligently with us to make sure we were 100% happy with the entire house search experience. She spent time looking for homes that met our needs and preferences. We spent a lot of time talking with Katelynn about mutual family and friends since we all grew up in the same area. We talked about a lot of things that had nothing to do with finding a house like pets, cars, vacations and other thing. Working with Katelynn was like working with a family member or friend not just a realtor. I even sent Katelynn a text about setting up a tour while she was on her honeymoon, we knew she was getting married because we had previously talked about it but I didn't know she was on her honeymoon when I sent the text and she took the time to respond to me and set up the tour which we went on either the day she came back or the next day. That is true dedication to us, she is definitely willing to go the extra mile to make her clients happy. Working with Katelynn was a true joy and we can't wait to have her back once we're all settled in.
