I have been in sales my entire career and I can be critical when people fall short of expectations. We met Grayson at an open house and after talking to him for just a couple minutes we knew right away that he was a PRO . He lives on the lake full time and knew everything about the area front to back. Before we hired them we tried to buy a home and while we were trying to finalize all the details Grayson and Ashley sold it to one of their clients. We never had a chance lol! It did not take long to figure out that Grayson and Ashley are THE go to source for water front homes at Lake Anna. We decided to hire them and that was a great decision. Grayson was extremely hard-working and extremely easy to deal with. We put a contract on a new home and Grayson guided us through the dealings with the builder and helped us with negotiations. Grayson became our construction manager and oversaw the entire process. He helped with the contract, pricing, closing, change orders and everything else. We would not have bought the house without his assistance. Even after we bought the house Grayson has been amazing with his follow up and as a resource for everything we have needed for the lake. Grayson was the first person we thought to talk to when we needed an irrigation system and a stone walkway. I don’t know how many text messages, phone calls or general issues we bothered Grayson with (and it was a ton) , but every single time he came through. He followed up with every inquiry we had. We never had to chase anything down - after we gave it to him it was handled. He has literally always been there for everything we have needed - before and after we bought the home.
