							I've known Ashley for 8yrs and consider her not only the best agent in central Virginia, but a real friend.  Ashley has handled the sale of 3 of my properties and she was able to sell them fast and for over asking price. 							Ashley sold our home quick and for more than asking - we were on the market for 4 days before receiving multiple offers. Mind you we went on the market on a Wednesday!!! The closing process was absolutely seamless. Will most certainly be using the Ashley Hoffman group in the future!!

							My husband and I found Grayson Hoffman online because of his informative videos about waterfront properties and investment properties on the Lake. Grayson knows EVERYTHING about Lake Anna and as a personal investor at Lake Anna himself, he is truly a subject matter expert in guiding his clients to the perfect home! We knew almost nothing about Lake Anna going into the buying process and having him by our side to bounce ideas and questions off of was invaluable in landing in a great part of the lake. He was readily available, understood construction/renovation costs, and really stuck with us for the ride! He ultimately secured us an off-market home during very challenging market conditions. His extensive knowledge of the Lake Anna market, his experience with negotiating, and his tenacity really helped us to secure a home that we not only love, but for well under asking price! Grayson has relationships with many contractors in the area and hooked us up with a very reliable contractor (Rich Hurst of HURST Contracting) who was able to start immediately after close, which was awesome. The big differentiator between Grayson and other Lake Anna agents is that he has a background in litigation/law and is able to use that to his client’s advantage in crafting extremely strong offers and follow-up negotiations in competitive market conditions; he also is excellent at building client relationships as well as respectful relationships with those he is negotiating with, finessing the fine details to close for his clients! Would highly recommend Grayson Hoffman and the Ashley Hoffman agency and will definitely use them in the future should we choose to buy again!

							We recently enlisted Ashley to sell our house on Lake Anna.  To say we were extremely happy would be an understatement.  She well exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to create the best experience for us.  We had to have some work done prior to selling and she took care of working with contractors in the area to do the work.  Once she listed the property we had showings scheduled within about 4 hours of hitting the market.  She is extremely knowledgeable with the Lake Anna market which lead to us selling our house for $30K more than we were asking.  If you are in the market to either buy or sell in the Lake Anna area Ashley is the one you want representing you- she is the best realtor for that market.  An easy decision in my opinion!
